Ao realizar uma alteração de filtro no visual, como a da data por exemplo, ao selecionar a opção Exportar > PDF Ao selecionar a opção "Valores Atuais" e exportar o arquivo gerado não exibe os valores modificados com o filtro, mas sim o valor padrão da dashboard.

We've installed the Fabric Capacity Metrics app as the Capacity Metrics Analysis app is being decommissioned. However, we're receiving the followng error message, Couldn't load the data for this visual [ccon]Internal Error: Error obtaining data location. [/ccon]. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details. We have opted not to enable the preview version of Micorsoft Fabric. Could this be the reason for the error message? If so, what options does one have for capacity reporting if they haven't enabled the preview version of Fabric?

Hi there, I've been using PBI for a while now and it seems like some UX has degraded after a recent update. Previously, when working on a report with multiple visuals of the same type, I could open 'format visual' and go to 'general' > 'properties' (to play around with layout and positioning) and then select another visual of the same type that would also be open on the same menu (i.e. Format Visual > General > properties). Now, it seems that when I select another visual, the visualization pane reverts to 'Format Visual > Visual' instead, which means I have to keep reselecting 'General > Properties' when doing this rather fiddly layout piece, which doesn't translate well to a user experience. FYI, I am UK based. Please may you look into this?

I've seen the other posts about the same issue but they don't answer my problem. On my client's end, everything seems to run smoothly. On the same date, the logo of PowerBI became Microsoft Fabric's logo. Is the issue linked to that? Please help as we rely on the date of our client to manage our work load and our efficiency. Hi all, I have problem in mapping user with new UI platform. As the guidance from Microsoft, I would like to add more users to the gateway. However, it has no anymore pace for me to input users email and account. After the last user, there is blank pace Then when I roll down to the end, it shows me like in the picture I tried to click on add new rule but nothing happens. Please have a check on this, I need to add more users to this gateway, then they can check the published report. I had same problem before, but I used the old UI platform for mapping users as your engineer suggestion. However, now this link or this old platform is no more available. I really need this mapping user rework in urgent. Thanks so much Thu

Hi there, I realize that simmilar issue has been resolved here: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/Subscription-mails-not-recieved/idi-p/3423707 Emails are coming through now as they should , however problem seems to persist with subscriptions with PDF report attachments. I tried to : - generate them manualy - waited for hours for them to come through - tried it on smaller files (even big ones didn't have trouble a week ago) - tried to export just a simple 1 page report - reuploaded reports that used to work fine none of the above solved issue - thought it might have something to do with our company security settings , but to my knowledge they didnt change anything , not to mention other emails are coming through, even ones with .png attachments Any idea what to do with it ? Thanks in adavance.. (Slovakia, premium per capacity license)

I am trying to share a PowerBI report company-wide, we tested the reports with people who had the free version, and opened fine. However, when it was rolled out they tried to open the report and got an error message or a request for permission or they were asked to log in. After a few tries the report opens just fine. I was reading several articles and it says that if they have the free version they will be able to view it, others say they all need the pro version, we don't want to share to collaborate, we only need it for the people at work to view the information and do basic navigating. I already checked the permissions and anyone under the company's domain should have access to view it. Is the free version enough for what we need to accomplish? if so, are the error messages a glitch or is there something else we need to do?

Hi, I've been strugging with building a relationship between my tables. Everything in the Create Relationship window is not available (cannot select another table). The data source is a DirectQuery to AS - PowerBI Dataset. I've tried changing the storage mode but this seems to be disabled. I need a one-to-one relationship between the tables so that my filters affect all the visuals I've made. Also, I can't make any changes to the table as the Query Editor also seems disabled. Grateful if someone can help me with this.

Hi In version: 2.121.903.0 64-bit (september 2023) of Power BI Desktop is "Report View" translatet to "Rapportvisning" mening "Report viewing" and not "Rapportvy" as the other two "views". Why? Please translate "Report View" to "Rapportvy" . Ragards Anna-Karin Petrusson

Hi All, I have a Sharepoint list with an enriched text column. Since it is an enriched text column, folks can use bullet points in their entries. They look great on Sharepoint but when the information goes into PowerBi, it shows up as HTML on all the visuals. For our purposes, we just need to showcase the information on a table. Question, is it possible to use DAX or some other process to transform the data in that enriched text column so that the table visual can show the bullet point hierarchy? Currently, the enrich text column shows up like this in the table visual: Seeking help to keep the bullets and make it look as close as possible to how it looks in the Sharepoint list: Thank you!

In the Visualizations panel of my report in the Power BI desktop app, I set a particular column to show items with no data. The report data shows as expected in app.powerbi.com. However, when I go to More Options > Export Data and click Summarized data, and then select .xlsx with live connection, the generated file doesn't include the rows with the blank cells like it does in app.powerbi.com. Those rows are included when export using the Data with current layout option or non-live .xlsx connection option. However, we would really benefit from the .xlsx with the live connection. Hello, Setting: PowerBi desktop cloud (June release) PowerBi APP My PowerBi App Workspice is linked to an Azure Devops Repository Following scenario: I have created a new report and linked a dataset which is stored in PowerBi APP workspace (this leads to a "datasetReference" byConnection) I commited the changes and synched the commit to Azure Devops Repo The Commit was visible in PowerBi App but a setting was changed by PowerBi App The PowerBi App changes the Report ("datasetReference" from "byConnection" -> "byPath") I synched this change to my repository and tried to open the report again. This action failed with following error: Conclusion: PowerBi Desktop is not able to handly dataset references by path? It is not possible to use powerbi project with version control and dataset references?

Can’t set page refresh interval. Hi, Team Power BI Service version: 13.0.21620.82 Power BI Desktop version: 2.121.644.0 64-bit (September 2023) In the PPU workspace, I want to set the page refresh interval to 5 minutes, but I can't select an interval such as seconds, minutes, etc. The PPU workspace is set minimum refresh interval to 10 seconds in admin portal. The same issue appears in the Power BI Desktop and Premium workspace. Thanks, Hong

I have a serious issue with the analytic reporting process documented here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/custom-analytics I am getting an error message very often which makes working with this framework very difficult: DataSource.Error: AzureBlobs: The data source appears to have been modified since it was last accessed. Refreshing may resolve this error. I believe, although I don't know exactly, that whenever the CRM is sending data to the Blob storage, any currently running Power BI Query fails. This makes it impossible to work with the dataflow during the day. No refreshes including data previews are possible since the data is constantly changing. There needs to be a way to logically separate the data saving from the data reading on the azure blob. I've attempted to solve this myself by using a Table.Buffer function inside my power BI query. This does not appear to work, I believe because the buffering also takes time. In that time, the process is liable to return an error because the blob contents has changed. Any workarounds until this is fixed?

Hello, Ever since I started to use the Build a Visual pane on the visualization, I've had multiple issues with trying to add fields or move fields around. In the picture below I'm trying to add a column in the middle of my table visual but it doesn't allow me too. It alwasy moves it to the bottom. If I want to rearrange the columns I have to remove them from the visual and re add them. Is it intended to be like this?
