Ao exportar em PDF a opção filtros atuais não funcionam

Ao realizar uma alteração de filtro no visual, como a da data por exemplo, ao selecionar a opção Exportar > PDF

Ao selecionar a opção "Valores Atuais" e exportar

o arquivo gerado não exibe os valores modificados com o filtro, mas sim o valor padrão da dashboard.

Hi @kayocrd ,

 

Here are a few potential solutions that have worked for some users:

1.Check if your report uses buttons linked to bookmarks to hide/unhide visuals. The issue seems to affect reports that use this feature. Filters are respected on export before the user selects a button, but not after.

2.Disable the ‘persistent filter’ option1. One user found that disabling this option resolved the issue.

3.Check the ‘Allow Users to Change Filter Types’ option. Unchecking this option, republishing the report, and updating the app seemed to resolve the issue for some users.

4.Avoid using URL filters when exporting to PDF. Query string filtering doesn’t work with Publish to web or Export to PDF.
