Scheduled Reports Sending Incorrect Content

I sign up for a page in a report, set up a schedule confirm everything. The report comes via email but shows a page from a different report.

 

I tried to submit a real ticket or talk to someone from someone but got stuck in an endless loops of stupid questions of the virtual agent not helping at all. 


I am trying to schedule this page: https://app.powerbi.com/groups/a6cb31f9-afb4-4a27-94eb-973a91a4c093/reports/df818078-7fcc-43e8-a194-...

 

But I keep getting this page in the email: https://app.powerbi.com/groups/a6cb31f9-afb4-4a27-94eb-973a91a4c093/reports/9fec3750-d3bf-49e4-8775-... 

(I do also want to get this page too - there is a separate schedule for that one).

 

I am simply getting the report from the second link twice. And yes, I doubled checked everything and my schedules are set up correctly and I should get 1 email for the first report and 1 for the second report. But I am not.

If you want to make a recording to provide more info , I suggest you to create a support ticket if you have a Power BI Pro license. A dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.

It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

So you subscribed to one of your report's pages and set up to send emails, but the emails you received are sent from another report's page ? Can you show the content of your subscription ?

Hey, it would be better if I make a recording for you. Can you provide me an email or a folder where I could upload the sample? My data has PII so I don't wanna just post it here.

I can't submit tickets even though I pay for Power BI Pro.

I keep by being referrred to virtual agent and then virtual agent tells me it cannot help and refers back to the site. So hopeless experience.

I am definitely not seing this page anywhere which is shown in the article you shared:

If you could tell me what exactly to select (issue type + subtype) so I don't end up in vicous loop of nothing, that would help.

No, I cant, there so many categories and then subsequent categories that it would take me hours to take screenshots. Cant just someone from support contact me directly? @v-yetao1-msft
