Refresh fails, publish significantly slower than usual

Hello,

 

WABI-NORTH-EUROPE-redirect.analysis.windows.net - can't refresh in auto mode, manually or by refreshing on desktop and publishing the data model.

 

Basically unusable Smiley Sad

I am able to refresh in the desktop app, but not online

Tried:
Update credentials in desktop app, removed datasource and reports from online app and republished from desktop app

Cleared browser caches and signed in from multiple browsers (IE, Chrome)
 
Attempted to update credentials online in dataset settings
