Cannot load model error

Good morning

When trying to access reports last night and this morning, we are receiving a "Cannot load model" error - see below:

I've tried searching on Google and other users experienced this back in 2020 following a global outage of the platform, however the Support page says there are no known outages.

Please may someone advise on this?

We have reproduced your issue and have submitted to internal icm 315596794 , engineers are doing their best to fix this issue . please be patient and I will give you feedback here once there is any progress.
