V: 2.126.1261.0 missing parameters

Not sure if this is the right place but PBI Version: 2.126.1261.0 is missing the parameter option when connecting to an SQL server.

I did enable and reenable the preview feature "field parameters".

And in a older report where i used parameters i can stil edit the existing parameters.

But starting a new report i cant use parameters.

Hi @MarcoL1 ,

Thanks for your feedback, we would like more information about this issue .
What connection mode are you using to connect to SQL Server?
Field parameter feature unavailable means it is grayed out or created invalid?

Best regards.

When i do the same in an existing report made with a previous version of Power BI desktop the paramater option is still there.

Found the solution.

There is an extra option added under "Power Query Editor"

Once checked the parameters are back 🙂
