Stuck after opening a recovered file in PBI Desktop

Hi,

my laptop just bluescreened and after the restart PBI Desktop offeres me two auto-recovered files that were open during the crash.

One of them opens without problems. The other one gives me the error message shown in the attached screenshot.

The problem is that I cannot click on Close or close PowerBI or stop the "Working on it" box.

The only way to close this is open Task Manager and kill Microsoft Power BI Desktop.
