Refresh Failing

I've had the same dashboard refreshing daily for > 6 months. However, last week it stopped refreshing with the following errors:

The provider 'Microsoft.PowerBI.OleDb' is not registered.

Three datasources utilize the same link, yet only one of the datasources is causing the error.
