PBI Desktop Refresh Box text clipping occurs with Accessibility Text Size > 100%

This issue was first noticed in Power BI Desktop Version: 2.114.864.0 64-bit (February 2023).
System: Windows 11 Enterprise; Version 22H2; OS Build 22621.1413

Use Windows Accessibility Settings, Set Text Size to 114% (size > 100% will do, but 114% will definitely be noticed).

Open any Power BI report.  Refresh Queries. The progress box that comes up will have all text clipped on the left-hand side.
