Matrix visualization limit?

Hi,

I think I run into some sort of limit, but based on the docs, this shouldn't really happen to a Matrix visual (if I understand it correctly, it uses a "window" of 500 rows, so If I reach 500, it will "start a new window"...sort of). Here is an image about my problem:

As you can see, I have quite a lot of rows. After I scroll for a few secs, the matrix stops showing any more data, and even the header disappears. Why is that happening? Or am i misunderstanding the limits of the matrix visual?

Based on my research, if the matrix data hits limitation, there should be a warning sign below:

In your scenario, is there a warning sign in the matrix visual? Please update your Power BI desktop to the latest version 2.65.5313.701.
