Issue: Unable to open shared report

Good morning,

 

I try to share report with a user of my company but when open her workspaces I cannot found the report.

I try with the link received by mail but it doesn't work.

 

What can I do ?

Hi @cfmt 

If you share the report to a user in your tenant , you can check the record in Manage permissions .

Then the user can see the report through the link directly or he can find the report in Browse => Shared with me .

Another thing to note is that if the user want to access the report you shared must be a Pro or PPU license , if your report is not in the Premium capacity .
