Dataflows started failing randomly

Hi,

We have dataflows set up and being refreshed every night. Some of them are small tables with <1min refresh and the fact table takes around 45mins. Everything was working correctly for months and in the last week, they started failing randomly.

Every dataflow has a valid gateway, data is visible in the query. Gateway is online and up-to-date. There is no combining dataflows. Every connection is ODBC connection.

The error is following: Received error payload from gateway service with ID 191006: The spooled operation id 5d60a276-50e3-4818-bf2e-f09564da7996 does not exist. Evict code: -1.. Request ID: 475e1577-18b5-439e-ba0b-046e036b5611 Activity ID: 7e35d52c-e537-4ebc-8e9a-08288e63bd03

Hope you can support, thank you!

Status: Investigating

Hi @MrMP ,

According to the error message , firstly I suggest you restart the gateway and update the dataflow credentials.

If it doesn't help, please try to reinstall the gateway.
