Custom visual appearing blank

Power BI custom visual which is already certified and is available on the AppSource is appearing blank when I export the dashboard or report to a power point presentation.

Which custom visual did you use? Based on this document, I would suggest you double check if the custom visual is certified follow these ways: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/visuals/power-bi-custom-visuals-certified#certif...

"Power BI visuals that have been certified are supported. For more information on certified custom visuals, including how to get a custom visual certified, see Get a custom visual certified. Custom visuals that haven't been certified aren't supported. They're exported as a blank image into PowerPoint with an error message that states the visual isn't supported."
