Card titles disappeared in service

We have a couple of reports which have several card visualisations each. Today we noticed that the titles in the service were all unexpectedly turned off for the card visualisations in these reports. After republishing the desktop copy which had them enabled, they were still disabled in the service. We tried deleting the reports from the service then publishing as new and same issue again.

Same issue here.  It is happening on pages with multiple cards.

hi,

this might be happeing because of the bookmarks.

the easy solution is to make a Boonmark of the page and use that.

The workaround, toggle Title Off/On > republish, fixed the problem.

I am not able to repro the issue using a new test file.

The original file has these general seetings:

>> Was built using the December version of Desktop 64bit

>> Report Settings > Use the modern visual header = un-checked

>> used a custom Theme

>> Visual Header = OFF for the Card visuals

This happened to me.  Turning the titles off and back on fixed it.  It's also fixed in the March release of Power BI desktop.  I contacted support and they told me that it was an bug caused by copying and pasting visuals.

Same problem here.

I tried the workaround toggled on/off the title and republished the file again, no result

one more thing, there's an option to edit details for the card on dashboard.

in the details there's an option to toggle on/off the title and subtitle.

and if they are on, I have to enter the title manually. 

on desktop the title is set based on a field value. so it's dynamic.
