Can't display Visuals

I am receiving the below error to display Visuals for the Missed checklist on the Spark2 Dashboard...

Status: Investigating

Based on the collected error information, found that 'Failed to retrieve token from request, authentication failed'.

 

Perhaps you can check whether the authentications of the data sources used in this dashboard have been configured correctly or have been changed already.

 

In addition, please make sure users who want to visit this dashboard should have access to it.
