I can not use my company email jacknguyen@vnpostal.com  to create a Power BI on website platform. It shows error "Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity. Please contact suppor

 

I dont know the reason.

Can anyone help this.

If you’re in an unsafe network environment, it could trigger this error. Try changing your Internet environment.
Sometimes, the browser cache can cause issues. You could try to clear the browser cache and open the InPrivate window to access.

If your current phone number or email address has been used to register Office 365 service many times, it could cause this error. You could use a different phone number or email address to register.

 

As this process is stuck on verification stage to validate identity, it is recommended to please kindly contact our dedicated team via call the Phone support because for account verification process need more resources and as we are belongs from Microsoft365 Business community team, we have limited resource. Team available on phone support have higher permission and specific channel to handle this kind of issue, so they will assist you further.
