Re-sizing in properties becoming locked after being to close to the side border

I am experiancing a problem where adjusting the size of a element on the report becomes locked after it is too close to the side of the report page. I know this happens initially due to being too close, but once you have moved the visual so that it has pleanty of room typing a new number into the width in size (properties) becomes locked and is unable to be changed.

Hi @JordanJackson 

Turning on "Lock Aspect" locks the proportions of the visual when you drag the corner to resize the visual . You can turn off this setting and customize your width .

Hi Alisa, 

Thats not the issue i'm having. When i've got a visual up against the right hand border of the screen and I input a greater width it will highlight red and not change the size. Previously once you then moved it to the left the visual would then change size to what you had inputted. 

The issue I'm experiancing is that when you move the visual out to the right it is not changing to the inputted size, and instead it is becoming 'locked' without any new width that is entered having any effect. Lock aspect isn't on, and you can still drag the corners of the visual. But this is irritating when you are trying to get it to precise dimensions, and then you have to deleted the visual because of this bug and make it again.

When you change the width of the canvas and then want to widen a shape to align it again in your report. As soon as you make the shape wider and drag it to the right, the whole report moves and everything is out of sight. This cannot be undone and is very difficult to recover.

When my report is for example too small:

I change the size of my canvas:

Next step is dragging my shape size to the right:

As you can see above, the whole report is moving to the left when you drag your shape against the right.
