I have a problem conecting in my account and cant find any support to solve it!

My cellphone broke recently and I lost my Microsoft Authenticator data. Now I cant conect to my power Bi pro account because i'm unable to use de authenticator app. To change the requirements to login I need to enter the account, which I cant.. so Im in a loop and dont know what to do or who to call to reset this.

Any ideas?
