Hi @deepta ,

What's the data source, have you configured a gateway? Please first check the basic requirements for refresh are met and verified:

  • Verify the gateway version is up to date.
  • Verify the report has a gateway selected. If there is no gateway selected, the data source might have changed or might be missing.

Then click the "See details" option in the error message and in the Settings>Dataset>Refresh history, see if there is any more error message.

Hello, I was able to fix the above issue. However, found a similar issue in another report. Please find the details: Could you also give more resources on how to select gateways /check if it's up to date?

Glad your problem was solved! 

For verify the gateway version is up to date, please go to the gateway app, see if there is a note "A new version is available"

For verify the report has a gateway selected, please go to Settings>Dataset>Gateway connection, check if the gateway is connected fine.

For the "Request ID" you provided, we have no permission to dig in the community, if you have a pro account, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated engineer will solve the problem for you
