power bi we couldn't connect to your model

Keep receiving this error when trying to connect to PowerBi Dataset. I am a Pro user. Same account is logged in to both the PowerBi desktop and the PowerBi.com

I have made a test but could not reproduce this issue. The power bi desktop version is 2.82.5858.961 64-bit (June 2020). If this issue persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket here for further analysis.
