Workbooks opened in Power BI Service constant "Pin It" prompts

Every time Excel Workbooks are opened in the Power BI Service, the "Pin It" prompt appears, no matter how many times I tell you I've "Got It", they appear every time a workbook is opened. Please can you disable this after the first prompt or make the prompts less frequent, or timeout and disappear if I just start using the workbook?

This is really annoying!

I would say this is an issue, not an idea! It feels like a bug.
