Usage metric is not tracking Login information

HI All, 

We have encountered one issue regarding to Login information in Usage metric reports. 

for specific user eventhough User has accessed Power BI Report from services multiple times , Login details are not capturing in Usage metrics. We understood there is latency of 1 day of caturing Usage login information but even after 2-3 days , information is not capturing. Strange scenario is since it is happening to one specific user.

Have anyone encountered such issue before or Is there any workaround avaialble ?
