Tree Map control filter popup flashes uncontrollably on mouse hover over Funnel icon

When you hover over the Filter Funnel icon in the title bar of the Tree Map control the popup showing which filters are applied flashes uncontrollaby in Power BI Desktop (Version: 2.64.5285.741 64-bit (November 2018))

Hi I found it is not limited to the Tree control it occurs on other visuals too but I am unable to recreate the issue on demand. I'll try it in the December update (once released) and see if it still occurrs.
