Tables not showing in PowerBI Browser - Azure API Connection

I have conntect my Power BI to an Azure SQL Database - I am using a 3rd party connection API to the end database (CRM) that I'm getting data from.

The connection works fine on desktop, however when I publish what I've created to the browser nothing appears. There is no error.

A Power BI appears fine if I've created it from an Excel Spreadsheet, but not from this connection.

Is there an additional trick I need to know and do? Or can this just not be presented on the browser?
