Tab key in Text Visual changing focus to next visual

I believe that starting with the August 2021 update, pressing the TAB key inside a text visual indents, but a second press moves the user's focus to the next visual.

Many times it is necessary to create an indented text list in a text visual, and it is now cumbersome to do so.  Having a tab order is fine, just not in Power BI desktop during report design/edit.

Have reproduced it in my side and submited internal for waiting to confirm this issue(ICM:256916516). Would update here as soon as possible if there is any progress.
