SandDance Color By>Palette>Continuous Bugs

 Found bugs on SandDance Color By>Palette>Continuous Bugs setting.

Based on the example as below:

On Count of Attribute legend, those value <10 is assigned with green color, while value >70 is assigned with red color.

However, on actual visual chart, those dots with value <10 are painted as red, while dots with value >70 are painted as green!

I can see the issue with your PBIX file. And I have one more question, for the two different pages, do they have the same settings, or there are some different configurations?

Both are loading with same data source.

The only differences is the setting on Color By>Palette>

Page "This is OK!" is come with setting on Color By>Palette>RdBu

Page "This got bugs"is come with setting on Color By>Palette>  Checked on Continuous selection and select RdYlGn color pattern.
