Power BI tiles not refreshing correctly and errors out

Hi Support team,

We are sporadically facing issues in our Power BI dashboard where tile refresh is erroring out for some consumers. Our Dashboard uses tiles which gets refreshed from our datasets\reports which have a scheduled daily refresh. So far, we have tried many things, like restarting Power BI gateway and tabular services, resolve performance issues within underlying tabular cube, etc. , to resolve this issue, but nothing seems to be working. I believe its more of an issue with Power BI services rather than our environment, as we are not facing any performance issues while rendering the underlying Power BI reports, but the dash tiles. I have attached screenshots of technical details related to the issue adn also the dashboard error. 

It would be great as we can get some help soon on this issue as this is impacting our daily Dashboard reporting to senior management.
