i'm assuming everyone else is having issues, we first noticed this when we executed a power bi pro - embed token usage check.
this returned a failure, we logged into app.powerbi.com and it's now unavailable

Yes, we have PowerBI Template apps and we access the same URL, same issue as your screenshot
