Percentage in KPI Visual

Can we calculate KPI % as below: ctual/Goal *100.

Currently % shown in KPI is calculating Distance % which is not expected to be shown.

In attached screensot, I am expecting % as 0.11% but it showing reverse of it.

I am afraid that it is not possible to show the percentage as you describe in KPI visual. You can create measure to calculate the expected percentage and  then use other type of visuals to display the data.
