I have the oddest issue that I need asistance with. I am able to refresh my data with both desktop PowerBI and on the web.
However in my data credentials I am getting the error:
Your data source can't be refreshed because the credentials are invalid. Please update your credentials and try again.
There is no X showing which of my 5 credentials are work. The first one does have a loading icon near it but that is it. I am reinputted all my data and am not getting any errors.
Recently we applied Multi-Factor Authentication to some of these accounts and I don't know if that affected anything.
I really need to get the credentials fixed so that I can have the scheduled refreshes working again. Please help.
