Hiding Individual Reports from users within a published app

We have a test account that has not been granted access as either an Admin, Member, or Contributor in an app workspace. This same test account only has "read and reshare" access for all of the reports/datasets in the published app.

We are attempting to hide one of the reports in the published app, only from this one user. We go through the process of removing access at the dataset level within the app workspace (which then asks us to also remove access for the corresponding report). But, once we update the app, it resets it and that same test account can still see all of the reports in the published app.

Hi @jakem14,

Currently it's not supported to achieve it. You can vote the same idea: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/19440916-create-multiple-apps-fro...

To work around the issue, you can remove this specific user from the access list of the published app. Then share reports/dashboards with this user via Share feature one by one.

Best Regards,
