Filled map error on Province Zaragoza puts in Mexico instead Spain

I am loading data from Spain provinces ,categorizing columm them as  state or province, and Map fill province Zaragoza in Mexico

 

Zaragoza exists only in Spain.

Power BI integrates with Bing to provide default map coordinates. This should not be a Power BI issue since it is also incorrect in Bing map as below. You should report this issue to Bing map instead.
