Failed to retrieve the parameters in PowerBI service

Dear all,

after importing .pbxi file into Powerbi service (from Sharepoint) and trying to setup scheduled refresh, the service can't load the parameters and triggers message below.

What's wrong? the message is not helping much.

Did the file contain parameters?

What were you doing when this error message showed up? Opened the setting page or click the parameters?

Finally, I would suggest you file a support ticket here.
