Dataflow refresh failed due to Internal Server Error

I've built out a number of dataflows in Power Apps to collect Salesforce data. After initially refreshing fine, many have started failing with the same error code, e.g.:
"Error Code: Internal Server Error, Error Details: Couldn't refresh the entity because of an internal error"
A sample of effected request IDs are:

  • Request ID: 16103a7e-8e7e-4911-b94e-ee60d2b58d5c
  • Request ID: 8e0fad2e-09e5-40e9-b645-85bb15fa2d27
  • Request ID: 3e1de9e9-dc87-4477-b7af-c99771c2f3e2

Any help would be appreciated. Additionally, is there a way I can pull the refresh logs for these myself, rather than needing to ask for advice on errors??

Hi @TheoParker ,

It doesn't seem to have successfully reproduced your problem, which may be a temporary issue with dataflow, do you still have this problem today?

Best regards.

I don't know if we are seeing the same issue as @TheoParker , but a number of our dataflows are failing their refreshes this morning.  The dataflows are all on premium capacity in the us-west region.  The errors are different between them:

Some have --> Error: An internal error occurred.. Param1 = The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. Request ID: 1bb07982-ff69-40fe-bd63-d743d5529c68.

While others have --> Error: Data Source Error : DataSource.Error: AzureBlobs failed to get the response: 'The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.'. DataSourceKind = <ccon>AzureBlobs</ccon> DataSourcePath = <ccon>https://wabiwusbpcdsa.blob.core.windows.net/954ccf18-8af9-4b36-a909-e1a6e1a5759a/xxxxx.csv</ccon> Url = <ccon>https://wabiwusbpcdsa.blob.core.windows.net/954ccf18-8af9-4b36-a909-e1a6e1a5759a/xxxxx.csv</ccon>. For us, there was an advisory posted yesterday to the M365 admin center on an issue that affected dataflow refreshes.  It has since been corrected and our dataflow refreshes are back to normal.

@v-xiaoyan-msft I'm still seeing the error as of right now, on manual refreshes:

"Error Code: Internal Server Error, Error Details: Couldn't refresh the entity because of an internal error (Request ID: fb40086e-ed79-4920-874f-f96ac0aa74e4)."

My overnight automatic refreshes also failed.
