Embed Report with QnA Sometimes Doesn't Loaded

I have a report with QnA embeded into my front-end project. The QnA sometimes doesn't loaded, its only show black on the section. Others chart was loaded except that QnA. I would appreciate if anyone could help on this matter.

I tested with online Power BI embedded sample, it's able to show the Q&A in the embedded report use Chrome browser 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit). Would you please test with the Power BI embedded online sample then test again?

This problem happened in the Power BI web version as well. Sometimes the QnA box not loaded.

Which browser did you run? I tested with Google Chrome version 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit) but still not bale to reproduce the issue on Power BI service and desktop. 

Also you can test with our sample report to see if it's related to the report itself.
