BUG? Average line in Line Chart

Wondering if this is a Bug in Standard Line Charts?

I've set up two average lines against two measures.

In the Desktop version everything is fine

BUT in the Cloud version one of the lines is vertical?

Thoughts?

It looks like the problem occurs if you select an item from the secondary axis

In this chart the primary axis is % and the secondary axis is $

We’ve identified the issue and this will be fixed in the September release of Desktop and on PROD service in the first week of September. As a temporary workaround, move values from "Secondary values" to "Values" and update the reference in the refecence line formatting card.
