All Scheduled Refresh failed on two separate tenancies

I create dashboards for two separate/distinct businesses. All overnight refreshes failed on both tenancies. 

Cluster name is WABI-AUSTRALIA-SOUTHEAST for both. 

Error: you data gateway is offline and couldn't be reached. 

Similar service degradation indicated for Europe at this time but not Australia. 


Status: New

Please go to Dataset Settings section and check if the on-premises data gateway used by this dataset is indeed offline.
