Unable to connect on android

I downloaded the Power BI app for Android on my LG phone (Android v7.0).  When I open it and try to get to Power BI, after providing my email address, I get an error message that says “We couldn’t sign you in.  Something went wrong during authentication process.  Please try again or contact support.”  Trying again gets the same result.  I know I have an account because I can log in with no problem on my PC.  

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Power BI on my phone but with the same result.

Please try to sign in PBI Service with the mobile browser to see if it succeeds. Then try with the Power BI App again. If issue still persits, you can try to contact mpbisup@microsoft.com with decive type, OS version, tenant name.

Same result when tried to download Power BI app. I was able to log in, thru PBI website/desktop. But unable to access it through the App. 

 

Please advise on the work around. Thanks!
