Unable to Microsoft Dynamics - Connect Social Engagement Content Pack

I would like to connect the Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Social Engagement content pack for Power BI as per instructions here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/social-engagement/get-content-pack-...

Image 1: I follow steps 1-4 with no problem. I have global admin access and sure I have the correct Solution ID. 

Image 2: However at step 5, 0Auth2 is not an option. Only Anonymous, Windows, and Basic. 

Image 3: Each of the 3 return a credential error. 

would someone please assits?
