The locale formatting for dd/MM/yyyy is missing

After the January 2018 update, the formatting option for date (dd/MM/yyyy)  disappeared.

 

Is this a bug?

The issue has been reported before internally: CRI 56525764. The fix will be released in Power BI desktop March version.
