Data label font color is not changing on PIE or donut visual

I am trying to change the data label font color at Pie and Donut charts. I am unable to change this.

After many tries, I found one workaround, change the visual type to bar char change the data label font color, and convert it back to PIE or donut.

Please Microsoft solve this issue.

This issue is still unresolved. I downloaded Power BI desktop today and can't change the font color of labels in donut/pie charts.

This is frustrating, two months and still no solution.

Please fix this bug ASAP.

This issue appears to still be present in Version: 2.112.1161.0 64-bit (December 2022).

As another poster mentioned, I was able to update the color by temporarily swapping to a column chart visualization, updating the label color, and then swapping back to the pie chart.

Thank you for posting this workaround. Hopefully it gets updated soon so the workaround is no longer needed.
