I recently changed my phone number and my MFA for PBI is on my old number
There is no way I can access or submit report for this issue to Microsoft since I cannot access my account
Any help would be appreciated
I am using a different account to even access this forum

According to your question, please refer to following steps and check the result: Sign in to the cloud service portal as an admin>Go to https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/usermanagement/multifactorverification.aspx>Select the check box for the admin account whose Multi-Factor Authentication settings you want to reset>Click Manage user settings>Select the Require selected users to provide contact methods again>click
