on premises gateway offline

This morning I am getting notification that, "The data gateway is offline."

Is anyone else?

Hi @John4Roberta,

 

You need to go the machine which hosts the on-premise data gateway, then launch the on-premise data gateway app, sign in with your account to get the gateway online.

Everthing back to normal now in the new day. We have had some network issues that must havee effected the Gateway. Did not need to follow your suggestion Qiuyun Yu.
