Workspace sub menu missing selections

I am working through setting up and sharing reports through apps. I've seen some video of the sub menu on the workspace items - the three dots to the right brings up a sub-menu on a workspace. I only have three options on mine when online, the video's I've seen show "Members, Calendars, Conversations", mine does not, only shows File, Edit Workspace, Leave Workspace.
 
I believe you could go through the members selection to change an icon on the app/workspace but I do not have the "Member" option on my menu. Why?

Are you Admin of the App Workspace?

Are you Admin of PBI and/or O365?

Please run the Fiddler with HTTPS Decrypt Traffic enabled then repeat the steps to reproduce the issue, save all sessions and share .saz file with us.

Yes, I am Admin for the App Workspace and Admin in PBI and O365.

Where do I find Fiddler? Microsoft page is no longer available.

Got it, I have the saz file, don't see here where to upload or share it.

Here's also a picture of the submenu in question without the selections I've seen.

Despite being a global admin the "Members" option no longer appears on my menu either.  I did find a solution to at least change the icon however.  If you go to the groups page of the office  admin portal:

https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home#/groups

click on the group, then click 'Change' at the top near the icon.
