Total is correct but Table not showing all items in Last YTD and LY MTD

I have a Matrix that sows MTD, MTD LY YTD, YTD LY and it shows some of the row or rows number are incorrect but not all, but the total is correct.

The first page with different row headres shows perfect but when I change to the new ones it shows incorect or missing.

Example

Company    MTD  LY MTD

A                  100     90

B                    90     86

C                   75      80

Total            265     256

Second table different rows error

Company    MTD  LY MTD

B1                    90     86
