Title font size is always 9 default

Any new visual added to a report by default has a font size of 9, however the font size shown in the Title format settings is always 8. To set the font size to 8 you then have to increase it and then decrease it after which it shrinks from its default size. It would be good if this was fixed from an overall quality perspective.

But it is a fault in the product, if the font is 9 but the setting says 8 then that is a fault that needs to be fixed.
