Sharing a dashboard with externa user

I am trying share a dashboard with an account out of my organization, but the account has a power BI account and Pro License. 

 

He can view the dashboard, but when he tries see the report appears next message image (1).png

Dashboard is shared in my workspace

 

This report connect to : Salesforce and excel files. This excel files are hosted in a SharePoint

In your own account, when you click the same dashboard tile, can you see the proper report? If possible, you can try to create a new dashboard with same tiles from the reports and try to share it again.

If issue persists, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.

In my own user dashboard works correctly. I tried create a new dashboard, but when I share it, problem persist. 

Can you send me link to open a ticket?  http://support.powerbi.com (bottom page) redirect me to this same forum

Hello

If I am a pro trial user, can I create a ticket?

 

 

hen I follow the gif indications, can't access to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/es-es/support/pro, link redirects to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/es-es/support/free and displays a message "Looks like you haven't suscribed to power bi pro" . I sign in with my corporate account (it has a pro trial license) but it not works. Appear same page and same message.
