Feb 2020 pbi desktop window minimize / maximize problem is BACK

although fixed in 2019 with the new ribbon, problem was re-introduced in Feb 2020 release: when the pbi desktop window is minimized then restored, it goes with each minimize/restore - very annoying - please fix again.

I'm not very clear about the issue. Would you please share more information about "when the pbi desktop window is minimized then restored, it goes with each minimize/restore"?

sorry - I mis-typed - I meant to say:
