Embed dashboards not triggering loaded event

Hi,

We are using the Power BI JavaScript client to embed reports and dashboard in a web application. 

Since yesterday dashboards stopped working and we've found that the "loaded" event is not being triggered anymore. 

This can be verified on the embbeded playground: https://microsoft.github.io/PowerBI-JavaScript/demo/v2-demo/index.html

Go to "Sample Dashboard" and then "Run". Nothing gets logged on "Log" area.

(The "Sample Report" does log the "loaded" event)

Since we are using the phase embedding API ( https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-JavaScript/wiki/Phased-Embedding-API) it gets stuck in the "load" phase.

Can you help?
