Text Displays Differently to Different Users

What I have is a matrix with 4 measures that contain text with "Show on Rows" selected.

So on the desktop version, it displays fine.

When I publish it and view it via the Power BI Online Service, it displays fine.

However, when other users view it via the Power BI Online Service, it wraps the text and does not display the same way.

Does anyone know why this might be happening or what I could do to fix it?

Hi @mlayfield825,

Do you create RLS role in the report and this issued user is belong to the same role as you? 

Does the issued user view the report in the same way as you? Does he/she use slicer or filter to filter data? 

Please use some dummy data and recreate a report, share pbix file with us.
